Return Policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your plushie. If for any reason you're not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn and unopened in their original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items that show signs of use or damage (not due to our error) are not eligible

How to start a return

1. Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location
4. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
